ตามที่ สมาคมกีฬาฟุตบอลแห่งประเทศไทย ในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ ออกประกาศที่ 002/2567 เรื่อง ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไข (Terms of Reference : TOR) เพื่อเปิดประมูลคัดเลือกผู้รับเหมาที่จะมารับช่วงต่อในการดำเนินการก่อสร้างศูนย์ฝึกกีฬาฟุตบอลแห่งชาติ ครบวงจร ตั้งแต่เมื่อวันที่ 3 มกราคม 2567 โดยเมื่อครบกำหนด 15 วัน ปรากฎว่า มีผู้ที่สนใจเข้ายื่นเพื่อพิจารณาคุณสมบัติ จำนวน 2 ราย
